Ordered both sizes. Kept both by accident.
You couldn’t try it on, so you ordered the medium and the large. One fit. The other is still in the bag by the door.
Coming to iPhone
Wrong size. Duplicate order. Something you changed your mind about. ReturnDue keeps track of what can still go back, reminds you before the deadline, and helps you follow through so you can get your money back.
We sent you an email from ReturnDue. Confirm your address in it to join the list.
Sound familiar?
Keep it because you want it. Not because you forgot to return it.
When a few similar orders arrive at once, it’s easy to lose track of which one still needs to go back. ReturnDue keeps what can still go back in one place, so you decide what to keep instead of a missed deadline deciding for you.
How it works
Scan a paper receipt, share an order confirmation, or add a screenshot or PDF. You can also enter it yourself, or with Pro, forward the order email.
ReturnDue works out a return date for each item from your receipt and the store’s verified rules. When it can’t confirm one, it says so instead of guessing.
Get a reminder before the window closes. Choose Keep it or Return it, see the store’s return steps, and track the refund until you confirm it’s back.
In the app
Home shows what’s still returnable, what it’s worth, and when each item is due. Tap any item to see its date, Why this date, and what to do next.
What your returnable items add up to, including tax, with the next deadline underneath.
Kept, returned, and refunded purchases move here, out of your way.
Each item here shows its store, its price, and its own return date. Windows can differ within one order.

ReturnDue Pro
Pro gives you a private ReturnDue address. Forward an order confirmation, a receipt, or the store’s return or refund email from any mail app, and ReturnDue adds the purchase or updates the one it belongs to. If it can’t read something or confirm a date, it tells you, so you can fill it in.
No rules to set up, and ReturnDue doesn’t need access to your Gmail, Outlook, or other inbox. It receives only the emails you forward.
Your forwarding address is unique to your account and separate from your own email address. You can replace it in Settings.
Forwarding is part of Pro and uses Sign in with Apple.
Honest dates
Return policies depend on the store, the item, your membership, and the order. ReturnDue shows how it knows each date, and never presents an unsupported guess as a deadline.
Return by Fri, Nov 20.
From your receipt, the store’s verified rules, or its published policy.

A detail is missing or reliable sources disagree, so ReturnDue uses the earlier date.

Wording as it appears in the app. Dates are examples.
You choose what ReturnDue sees. It works from what you share, and doesn’t need access to your inbox, bank, or cards.

Planned for Pro
None of this is in ReturnDue yet, and plans can change.
Help spotting purchases that seem to overlap, like the same item ordered twice, several sizes bought to compare, or related orders that may be one decision, so you can see what overlaps and what may still need to go back.
The facts side by side: which one cost less, whose return deadline comes first, and which overlapping purchase to look at first. Facts to help you decide, not decisions made for you.
